Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days after we receive your return. Should you receive damaged, defective or wrong item, please contact customer service immediately, also please return it to us within 7 days of receipt.

** Due to the high volume of orders, you may experience extended processing time up to 15 business days after we receive your return during the holiday season.**

Return Conditions

Clothing returns must be in its original state, with all hanger tags and price tickets attached. Clothing must not show any signs of wear, or it will not be accepted.
Shoe returns must be in new, unworn condition, and must include the original shoe box.
All swimwear must be unused, with all tags and hygiene strips attached. For a bikini set (top &bottom) both pieces must be returned together. ShopSosie will not take a return or exchange for individual pieces.
All lingerie, shapewear, and bodysuits must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unused with tags attached.
FINAL SALE: All Accessories includes jewelry, body chains, bags, sunglasses, hats, belts, tights/socks, scarves, key chains, beauty/cosmetic, hair, costumes, and all home category products (books, stationery, decor, party, tech) are final sale. Final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned for exchange or refunds. Hoverboards are also final sale, but customers have 7 days to report any issues with the device.
