Domestic orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 1 business day. For example, all orders placed Saturday thru Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).

International

International orders that are placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped within 1 business day (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). For example, all orders placed Saturday thru Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Please note that international delivery times may also vary due to customs delays and you may be responsible for import taxes and other custom fees for your package. Please contact your local customs office for addition information.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is a priority at Sosie and if for any reason you do not love your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Sosie is not responsible for returns postage fees and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. A 20% restocking fee may apply for returns accepted past our 30 days period.

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest you place a new order for the item you want to ensure that it is in stock. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise back to your original form of payment.
